Sunshine Health Facilities, a locally family owned and operated health care facility, is recruiting for one full-time and multiple on-call NAC/NAR positions for its Community of four Adult Family Homes. The full-time position is two, 24-hour shifts per week. 

The Adult Family Homes offer a new, welcoming, and home-like living environment to seniors. The NAC is responsible for the care of the residents within the adult family homes. Such care will include assisting residents will daily living activities, cleaning all areas of the home, preparing and serving meals, ensuring the safety of all residents, and administering proper medication. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• Current WA State NAC; HCA; or NAR with exemption letter
• 2 years' experience preferred
• Current First Aid/ CPR Certification
• Food Handler's Permit
• Dementia Specialty Training
• Mental Health Specialty Training
• Nurse Delegation
• Diabetic Nurse Delegation
• Good organization and communication skills
• Team player
